The roundtable will be led by Cdre Neil Brown who will speak to the topic: 'New Security Challenges at Sea: Sovereignty, Legality and Legitimacy'.

A response will be given by Professor David Held before the discussion is opened to participants that include naval officers, senior individuals within the MOD, academics and policy makers.
