Transition from Exclusive to Mutual Interest Approaches in Korean Transnational Emergency Management

Whereas national emergency management deals with domestic emergencies, transnational emergency management concerns emergencies that have unfolded across national borders and thus produced globalized consequences. In short, because transnational emergency management is more directly related to the international community than to the national community, its usage in this article will highlight how the Korean National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) works on global policy.
