David Held

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David Held, Global Policy’s co-founder and General Editor. David wrote and spoke extensively on globalisation, changing forms of democracy and the prospects of regional and global governance, with a recent focus on climate change. David was also Master of University College, Durham, and a Director of Polity Press, which he co-founded in 1984. David will be missed by the Global Policy team and all who worked with him on the journal.
