Jack Taggart is currently a postgraduate student pursuing an MSc in Global Politics from the University of Durham, where he obtained his undergraduate BA (First Class) in International Relations. Having experience working for an NGO that provided educational resources to urban and rural children in Northern India, and over the course of his studies, he has developed an interest in the changing nature, modes, and impact of development assistance activities in the 21st century. Specifically, his prospective PhD research seeks to examine the impact of the emergent 'South-South Development Cooperation' paradigm upon the current international institutions responsible for 'global development governance.
