Dr Bryan Mabee is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Politics and International Relations at Queen Mary, University of London. His research interests are in international historical and political sociology (social theory and war, historical dynamics of militarism, the sea as a social space), US foreign policy (domestic institutions and contexts, political development, US power and geopolitics), and critical security studies (globalisation, history and dynamics of ‘private’ violence, political economy of security and war, piracy).
Dr Or Raviv is a member of the Global Policy Institute and teaches on the MSc programme in Global Politics. His research interests include a broad range of political economic issues and approaches such as financialisation and financial crisis, European integration and global economic governance.
